Menswear Design
Work closely with Design Director and Merchandiser in developing a commercially viable collection to meet the needs of company's target customers.
Initiate and interpret new product line following Seasonal & Trade Show Calendar.
Source raw materials markets and collaborate with vendors to develop trim within pricing guidelines.
Collaborate with Print house to implement new print techniques.
Work with graphic designers on prints and specify color and print placement for each design.

Develop new custom washes and trim hardwares to enhance the uniqueness and perceived value of each product.
Provide computer generated or hand drawn flat sketches to communicate design concepts with team members.
Supervise the entire process from creating prototypes and technically addressing patterns, fits, fabrics, as well as garment constructions.
Attend weekly fit sessions and categorical team meetings as needed to facilitate process, revisions, and finalization of products.
